The University of Reading has a strong international presence, reflecting its commitment to teaching excellence and high standards. Its campus at EduCity@Iskandar, Malaysia, opened in 2015, hosts c.1000 foundation and undergraduate students across a range of disciplines. It is the only branch campus in Malaysia with a Law School, which saw its first graduating cohort in 2022.
Our quadruple-accredited Henley Business School Africa received the prestigious Diamond Arrow Award from pmr.africa, recognising it as the country’s top MBA business school. Henley also operates across the EU, including in Finland, Germany, Denmark, and Malta.
In China, the University has partnered with Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST) since 2009. The NUIST Reading Academy, established in 2015 and approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education, has over 1,500 students enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. In 2024, it was ranked among the top 20 of 204 China-Foreign joint education institutes, confirming its national and regional leadership.
